Terms and Conditions

Advance booking is recommended. All tickets are for un-numbered seats and are offered on a first-come-first-served basis. Any unsold tickets will be available at the door on the day of the event, but we suggest you check with the Box Office beforehand to avoid disappointment.

Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded unless a performance/walk is cancelled. Programmes, events and artists are confirmed at the time of printing, but Richmond Walking and Book Festival reserves the right to alter them in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

The Small Print

We have graded the walks - and included duration and mileage.

• Easy Generally suited to families and anyone who walks only occasionally.
• Moderate For those of average fitness, involving some inclines and uneven terrain.
• Hard Should only be attempted by those who are physically fit and have some experience of the terrain involved.

Leader

In order to protect fellow walkers the leader has the right to refuse any person for whom the walk would, in their opinion, be inappropriate or whose equipment is considered sub-standard. The Leader also has the right to alter the route depending on weather conditions.
