W25: Sunday Lunch Walk - new walk route

Leave Station car park 9.15am. Start Three Horseshoes Wensley car park (GR: SE092897) at 9.45am. 6 Miles. Easy. £7

This year we return to the Three Horseshoes at Wensley for lunch, but take a completely new route, following field paths west to the village of Harmby, with a detour to its delightful little glade and waterfall for a snack break. We return to Wensley along the south bank of the River Ure. The walk is generally on easy paths but with a number of stiles, and a short road section over the interesting bridge crossing of the Ure near Middleham.
